Stress Mindset

The following questions will provide your score on the Stress Mindset Measure, developed by Crum, Salovey and Anchor (2013). It measures a persons perspective on stress as it relates to health, vitality, learning and growth.

Higher scores indicate you see stress more on the positive side. Lower scores mean you see stress as mainly negative.  There is no right or wrong answer, but the scale helps you understand how you view stress and this is a key to building strategies to manager stress more effectively.
